People should take Shane's analysis very seriously since he is deeply proficient in the Arabic language and reads dispatches from Syria assiduously. He is too modest to admit this but he singlehandedly translated Jim Robertson's critique of Pabloism not only into Arabic but 5 other languages he has mastered: Urdu, Tamil, Norwegian, Malagasy and Yiddish.
