I just ordered the book as I try to keep up with what my anarchist friends
are reading. Until it comes, a request: Judith Butler has a chapter in it,
and there's an extract here:

It's blocked by my office firewall; could someone send it, either on or
offlist?

I love Judith Butler dearly for her firm stance during the Brooklyn College
BDS episode and on other occasions -- but I can only imagine the ulcer I'll
get reading this if it's what I expect.
