Yes and no. To my knowledge there have been separate rallies in Idlib City (from which many pictures are). As far as I can say, in other (i.e. smaller) towns rallies were together. The link to the article which I just sent out includes pictures with both flags.

Some of the videos show lots of FSA flags and no HTS flags as far as I can see. Others show a lot of HTS flags with only one or two FSA flags.
