I'm very glad the suspensions have been lifted. On the wider issues, I can't 
really see how a Marxism discussion group could feasibly avoid all 
discussion of the Soviet Union, but do understand that measures need to be 
taken to avoid Trotskyist/Stalinist flame wars. Could there be some 
clarification as to what constitutes reasonable debate on this subject? 
Surely, for example, the reasons why things went wrong in Soviet Russia (if 
indeed one believes they did), when and how, is an issue of fundamental 
importance for any Marxist?
