That is what the history of Leninism is--a history of ad hominem attacks on and by "good guys" vs. "bad guys". It serves a shortcut for shortcut thinking in general--a rigid belief in truisms such as "there can be no peaceful transition back to capitalism from a deformed workers state because that would be running the film of reformism in reverse." So here Marcyites are bad guys because any move by workers that clashes with the State in what they consider Socialist countries (since they have drifted too far from actual Trotskyism to speak of Workers States) is considered counter-revolutionary. I am also a bad guy, having previously simultaneously supported and opposed the 7th International--the International that must never be called into being
