Thanks Ian. I certainly do not disagree with an iota of what is said in this piece. But one query: To what extent is this * not * occurring also in Western farming? For eg - I am reminded of the 'mad cow' Jakob-Creuztfeldt breakout in the UK some years ago. Is it simply a question of scale that might be different? Thanks in advance, H
