Perhaps something was lost in translation, but essential Reinaldo outlines the 
three traditional interpretations (pro-Bolivarian left, opposition right and 
non-Chavista left) taken after each election only to then say they bear little 
reality to what occurred on July 28 and explain how things have changed.

As to what advice he had for foreign left groups, we did not get into that, 
however I think he indicates where he stands on this when he says of Brazil, 
Mexico and Colombia's position: "Their public statements have been marked, at 
least so far, by common sense, which seems to me essential at this time. I 
believe it is correct to point to the need for 'the transparent publication of 
disaggregated and verifiable data'. Such a position is in line with the 
interests of the working class majorities in our country."

I think it is fair to assume that, given he views this as in the interest of 
the Venezuelan working class, he would support a position of advocating for the 
publication of the full results. On this I agree.
