The CNE has also failed to live up to the promise it made on election night that the "results will be handed over to political organisations on a CD, in accordance with the law.” https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=843063901105470 There is simply no technical reason for why the results have not been published. You can't hack a CD and bureaucratic incompetence has not stopped the regular printing of the National Gazette right up until today.
