At no point did Trotsky or the Left Opposition call for or advocate the "restoration of capitalism". Made up from the minds or sycophants of Grover Furr. Criticizing the methods of the Soviet Bureaucracy doesn't amount to capitalist restoration.
Secondly, the first Time Trotsky or the International Left Opposition called for a political revolution by the working class to overthrow the Bureaucracy was either 1935 or 1936 and more firmly after the Stalinist betrayal of the Spanish working class in July of 1937. His call for communists to break with the Comintern came in 1932 with rise of Hitler and the failure of the Comintern to do a thing about it. There were Russian oppositionists, without much guidance, calling for the death of Stalin but it was never a position that was either acted on or advocated by the ILO or Trotsky.
