To Marv, but actually to Sartesian ultimately: I think it is a task that is definitely worth doing to respond to such a meaningful and actually I think a very constructive question. But I think it does take a fair bit of a careful historical survey - to address properly. For my part I shall try to make a bit of time. I mean that sincerely and others here in any case will take up the challenge.
But I also have a serious rejoinder that Sartesian should consider also (at least in my view). That is whatever the historical survey - what alternative do you Sartesian propose? What is the inductive current that turns a large mass of largely politically un-involved people into a revolutionary flood? It is not the agent of propaganda - both Lenin tells us that, and even more importantly perhaps our own experiences should convince us of that. I know that Lenin rightly also tells us that the class learns at certain revolutionary times in history more than a century of other times (forget exact quite - but that is its gist). Is it a reliance on this that underlies your eschewing of any actions other than a sudden transforming lightning bolt of revolutionary intent? No prior structures, vehicles, forms to prepare? I am not goading, I just don't get the structure. H -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Groups.io Links: You receive all messages sent to this group.
