As predicted, the current front line of a resistance are legal actions taken by various elements of the civil service. How effective these are going to be will ultimately turn on the courts, ultimately capped by the most corrupt and reactionary SCOTUS. The Biden administration and the Democrats had the option of expanding the court. They chose not to do so. Not only did they once more collaborate in their own defeat at the polls, but with the most reactionary and blatantly illegal policies of the Trump-Musk administration.
Yet, the ever artfully done DNC comic book version of politics blames those who publicly criticized the self-defeating appeasement strategy of the Democratic Party. The search for scapegoats is another way to avoid holding those responsible for this state of affairs accountable. We fully expect this from officeholders and functionaries of the party . . . Or from its mercenary pundits . . .
