Venezuela is subject to a naval blockade that prevents it from exporting its 
oil unless given permission by the US government.  Luis Bonilla-Molina says 
nothing about the need for socialists in the imperialist countries to build a 
campaign against the blockade.

I don't know what will be the outcome of talks between Delcy Rodriguez and  
Trump.  Any agreement, if one is reached at all, will be unfair.  Presumably 
the Venezuelan government thinks it would be better to get some revenue from 
oil  exports than none at all, which is the alternative if no agreement is 
reached.

The Brest-Litovsk treaty of 1918 was unfair.  It was only ended by a rebellion 
in Germany that overthrew the government later that year.    US bullying of 
Latin America will only be ended by political change in the United States.
