The current world situation is characterised by massive acceleration of
contradictions between classes as well as between states. These
features, characteristic for the historic period which opened in 2008,
have become even more pronounced in the last few years and, in
particularly, since the beginning of the Trump’s second term.
Imperialist wars and aggression against oppressed peoples, Great Power
rivalry, civilization crisis, but also liberation struggles of the
masses – these are the defining features of the current period.
