None of the above. Vance, ideologically, is to the right of Trump. He has never repudiated his support for a Congressional ban on abortions. He is for pushing harder to turn schools into bastions of Christian dominionism (officially turning the U.S. into a "Christian Nation").
More importantly, there is zero indication a 24th amendment move among Cabinet members to remove Trump. Trump's base, despite opposition to his opposition to published the Epstein files in their entirety and the war on Iran, still supports him by like 70% or more. So this idea is a fantasy, IMHO.
