You could subclass the compiler (I'm not suggesting that
this is a good idea :). Prima facie:
subclass HTML::Lexer, override blocks_regex method
(basically add 'after' to %blocks lexical);
subclass HTML::Compiler::ToObject, override _body
to add $self->_blocks('after').
(I'm sure there are more details...)
