Well i got Masquerading working.  Turns out my cable was fine, but
NT was having trouble talking to the NIC.  I ended up swaping out the NIC
in the NT box, reinstalled NT and now masq is working fine.  Thanks to all
for the ideas and help.  I really appriciate it.
