Put a Linux box between it and the rest of the net.

Seriously, it is a feature of the kernel/firewall/TCP stack built into
the kernel.  If another OS doesn't have that feature, you'll have to
pester your vendor (Sun) to make them put it in.  Or else tell them
you'll stop using their OS.  :)
