Shouldn't you be able to do this with the ipmasqadm tool?  Just tell it to
forward UDP port 135/137/139 from the network on one side to the network on
the other side?  ipmasqadm and the portfw module should be what you want.
You'll need to have portfw compiled into your kernel for that to work.  The
kernel might also have a "name" for the netbios ports, similar to what it
has for port 80 (www).

I would think that these should be fairly straight-forward, and accomplished
in the same manner.
