Thanks for reminding me about the game URLs. Perhaps in the HOWTO you should
just mention the nature of the problems and point people to these URLs.

The spec is an ITU standard. I just did a quick search at www.itu.org and it
looks like it is available for 49 francs (less than $10 US). I'd be really
surprised if there is a non-disclosure requirement.
