I've read the HOWTO, the man pages, the web pages, and still can't
make it work. If possible please give me an advice.
Here's my setup:
My desktop computer (running Linux 2.0.34 + cmgr), called orion, is
connected to the outside worlds via slip, getting an IP dynamically.
This works without problems.
It is connected via plip to a laptop, called rigel (this also works
fine in both directions). I believe that I've done all steps
correctly, but I can't connect from rigel to the outside world.
Below you'll find my .config file used for compilation on orion;
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward is set to 1.
Usually I do the plip setup first; here is the small script which I
run to establish the plip connection to rigel (`rigel' and `orion' are
registered in etc/hosts):

/sbin/ifconfig plip1 orion pointopoint rigel up
/sbin/route add rigel plip1
mount -t nfs rigel:/ /rigel

I call this script usually before connecting to the internet (doing
the internet connection first and then this script doesn't work either).
And here the similar script called on rigel, doing the same:
