It seems that MA Dept. of Public Safety has a mobile Public Safety Answering
Point (PSAP) that is stored at Middleborough.

I've never seen this vehicle before or heard of this concept, but I imagine
it would be a great resource if a local 911 center was down.  Only problem
is, how long would it take to get to a local dept. from Middleborough?
Maybe an investment should be made so each county has a mobile PSAP.
