Barnstable County - 19 FDs - at least 8 have UHF freqs

Bristol County - 22 FDs - all UHF (Attleboro licensed)

Essex County - 35 FDs - 15 have UHF freqs already

Middlesex County - 54 FDs - 48 licensed for UHF

Norfolk County - all FDs on UHF

Plymouth County - 27 FDs - all have UHF freqs except Brockton & maybe
Scituate - Brockton DPW has UHF (could be swapped with FD)

Suffolk County - 4 FD - all UHF

Worcester County - 59 FDs - approx 22 have UHF freqs already

Approx 75% are UHF already for primary ops - probably all have UHF
portables already - this is everywhere east of Quabbin essentially
