Chaired by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, the 13th meeting of the State Empowered Committee (SEC) reviewed key metrics. “Response times have improved significantly. Police response is now down to 7 minutes 3 seconds from over 12 minutes in 2022, while medical emergencies now average under 13 minutes,” said Rastogi. Fire service responses remain steady at around 33 minutes.
