A new LL.M in Law, Technology and Governance will commence at the National
University of Ireland, Galway, in September 2008. The subjects on offer
include a range of intellectual property and commercial law subjects, with a
strong technological focus. The entire LL.M team will collaborate on the
teaching of the core module, Law, Governance and Enterprise, which will link
together all the electives, thus lending a coherence and structure to the
award. Applications should be made by May 9, 2008. A scholarship, which covers
fees and some maintenance, is available for this award. Further details
