Ok, it's rereleased now under MIT, github.com/friedrichromstedt/diagram_cl . I'm having somewhat trouble accessing my web server at the moment, so please find it on github. The docu on www.friedrichromstedt.org (see github link) is a bit outdated, but only with respect to the double-right click settings dialog.
