Hi There

The following are basic inquiries;

* What is the Matpower ? Is Module in The Matlab ? If yes, What
Matlab Release?

MATPOWER is an open source Matlab-based package for power flow and
optimal power flow simulations. It is available from
http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/

It is not part of Matlab.

* Does this Module cover Reactive power Optimization using Genetic
Algorithm?

No, it does not.

* Is there any website that can educate me about the Matpower
applications ?

If you haven't looked at the User's Manual on the MATPOWER home page
listed above, that would be a good starting point.

Best regards,
