Dear Nandu Balachandran,
                                       There is inbuilt function in
MATPOWER to know the LMPs at all the buses. If you want to calculate LMPs
for a particular system run OPF and see the results, in OPF results one
function called Lamada this indicates LMPs at all the buses. I think direct
calculation of GSF is not possible using MATPOWER we have to write code for
this. I hope this will clarify your doubt.
