Dear Mauve users,

Could anybody please let me know whether it is possible to copy a fragment
of a genome sequence from an alignment with Mauve?

For example, I aligned 2 genomic assemblies that are not yet annotated in
order to identify regions that are common. Now I’d like to be able to copy
the DNA sequence of those common genomic regions in order to perform blasts
and see what genes are found in those regions.

Thanks,

Alina
