Dear Users,
I was running the following command to align genbank files using Mauve:
mauve_2.3.1/progressiveMauve --output=fiftyway.xmfa
--output-guide-tree=fiftyway.tree --backbone-output=fiftyway.backbone <list
of genbank files>
and the program crashed with following message:
Writing guide tree to fiftyway.tree
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::ios_base::failure'
what(): failed mapping file: Invalid argument
Any ideas what might be possible solutions to move forward?
