When I was looking at *nix on my C650, NetBSD consistently looked like the
top candidate for 68k machines.  (I ended up getting an old PPC box instead,
so I can't tell you how it actually went for me.)  That large drive and RAM
should do real well.  A/UX hasn't been maintained in a very long time.

The NetBSD site doesn't list the Q950 as supported, but I did find a few
resources about it.

needs, though.  I guess you can still give A/UX a shot, if you can get a

essentially a Q950 designed to run A/UX, so maybe it would work well.
