the file to edit is /etc/sudoers

heres mine:

# User privilege specification
root ALL=(ALL) ALL
ken ALL=(ALL) ALL

##end

the new layout of sudoers file is very extensible, the manpage may enlighten
you more on that one.

every instance of dnetc i have ran, i did so in the background, so in a shell
id type ./dnetc &

which would fire it up and return me to the shell. if what you have is a
gui-front end, i dont know. to run dnetc at boot, you could write a wrapper
and drop it in /etc/(i dont know ydls configuration here) [mine is
/etc/rcS.d/] but redhats i think is /etc/rc.d/...(i forget, sorry)
