I would make the boot partition fit inside the first 8GB of disk space, including the small Apple partitions. If you will not be using the Mac OS partition for anything but booting, I would make it about 300 MB and only execute a minimal install. I would also recommend a swap partition double the size of RAM you intend to ever have. I don't see a swap-specific partion in your map.
