your experiences with Daystar Turbo 040 in SE/30

I'm interested in hearing of experiences both good and bad.  I've seen 
at least one poster recently with a good experience.  I'm looking for 
more.  At one point, using an 040 accelerator in a 030 machine didn't 
work so well, but that may be very outdated now.  

Is heat an issue?  What about the increased power consumption?  Speed of 
RAM?
