Just about to burn the ISO's for YDL 3.0....nice to
have that guess confirmed. Will a 7200/90 with 128+
MB RAM run it adequately?

You will need to be patient, or strip down the install to use a lighter weight Window manager, etc.

I have used a 7300/132 as a hot spare for some systems, it was a little underpowered for my needs.
My hot spare is now a 7300/200, it is _much_ better.

If you are planning on running a GUI, more RAM would be a very good idea.

We run Fedora Core 2 on 9 desktops for Sales/CSR use. Those systems have 2 GHz P4s with 256 MB of RAM. If OpenOffice, Evolution, and Mozilla are open all at once, swap is hit pretty hard.

In contrast, our external web server has 256 MB of RAM ( P3 700 MHz ) and only hits swap if we have an enormous spike in traffic.
