I'm not a fan. We've already got module pod, separate
documentation-only modules, the wiki, and 2 mail lists. We don't need
yet another rapidly out of date source of misinformation ;-/


I like the idea, although it would be nicer if the module maintainer
was notified by email or via rt.

Annotations and the wiki are ways that users can contribute to the
project - managing this documentation can be handled by non-developers
with an interest in the project and fed to the developer list where it
can make it into SVN updates.

Oh c'mon, you're maintaining a (supposed to be) web 2.0 framework and still don't use feeds?
