As I recall I had so many trials and tribulations at just trying to get it going, I gave up with it.
Whereas the original MidiPortMBS routines that came out in MBS examples before PortMidi have always worked perfectly and I found them easy to understand and implement. For SYSEX, my class receives the block of memory of SYSEX, I do what I want with it. And I'm a memoryblock junkie (ex-assembly language programmer). So I stuck with what worked and never bothered trying to figure how or why PORTMidi wouldn't work for me. I already something that was solid. Thus, I've never used any of the PORTMidi routines. Just the others. Mel --- On 08/02/12 7:22 PM, "Garth Hjelte" <[email protected]> wrote: > At 07:11 PM 8/2/2012, you wrote: > >> I've been doing MIDI for about eight years with RS/RB.
