For one of my tools, I had to specify that the user MUST enable the "Administrator" account and login with that account since Microsoft won't allow you to provide interaction between a user-level desktop / Explorer and an elevated application (no drag and drop, for example).
MS' lockdown of the user rights is far too little too late and the act of simply clicking a "yes" / "no" dialog with no further validation is no security at all. My attitude is why bother since all they are doing is making it harder for a user to use their system without really preventing the bad things that can happen.
