I have found WindowsAdminGlobalsMBS.IsWindowsAdminUserMBS() As Boolean 
from the MBS Win plugin.

Please, notice this:
- Searching in the 14.4 or in the Win PDF doc, you will only get ??? as 
page number,
- This function works on XP, Vista and Win7 (tested) and probably on 
Win8 and following (to be tested).

Else, for users who don't want to use MBS plugins, I have found this on
