Hmm… The weirdest part here is that my application used to work. I have just made adjustments for a Win32 and moved to Mac OS 10.8 and it broke down. > Are you sure the object lives long enough to get events? Definitively. After the CopyObject method is executed, nothing happens and my window waits because no more copies happen; during that time, I pause the app and I clearly see the property (as MacCopyObject) being still valid. One thing I'm noticing right now: in order to make my code working for Win32, I had to put the code in a thread (the CopyFileEx (equivalent for Win32) worked better that way). Of course, my Mac code being tough with the Win32 one, both are now in a thread. It's curious, as moving the MacFileOperation class to a thread preventing events to fire would make sense (but I don't know the internals)… _______________________________________________ Mbsplugins_monkeybreadsoftware.info mailing list [email protected] https://ml01.ispgateway.de/mailman/listinfo/mbsplugins_monkeybreadsoftware.info
