Not sure if it’s a bug or just an oversight in the documentation but it seems 
that if you create a file mapping of shared memory via the createSharedMemory 
or OpenSharedMemory the offset for the .mapView command must be 0 or the map 
fails. When it’s backed by a file you can map into it anywhere you like, but if 
it’s just a shared memory space then the mapping fails if it’s anything other 
than 0.
