Dear All MCN-L Members, We are a newly established central bank museum, focusing on bank notes, coins, and economic related items.
The new museum needs a lot more developments and efforts to make it be a real 'small size" museum with proper management. One of our weak point is that the lacking of professional staff to run the museum. As a central bank staff with minimum training and workshop in museum management, can perform those tasks in some ways, but not as good. We are planning for our museum policy in 2006, but till date, we have no proper way and solution to do so. May I ask if anyone out there, who have or take care of, preparing museum policy, not only IT related, but general museum policy, please suggest or give me advice.
