Yes, it seems to be exactly this!!!
Had the same prob.
Marion: If you don't really need a new feature of V1.3, I'd suggest
you use, like me, V1.2. If you don't get it elsewhere, let me know -
then I'll send you this version.
Also I'd suggest to rename or completely delete the newsgroup where
you had this problem and create a new newsgroup of that name.
