Find it on ftp.vapor.com and assorted mirror sites,
in /pub/misc/, as "vapor_toolkit_129.lzx"
Just a minor fix, but it might be of interest to some people
(it for sure annoyed the heck out of me in AmIRC :)

before recognizing "ftp." and "www." as URL introducers
