To do a public reply, you use the "follow-up" button. If it isn't
configured, there is a "public followup" option in the "message" pull-down
menu. If the button isn't there, or insists on doing private replies, then
it will need setting up properly - mail the list and I or someone else will
explain how to do this.
Hmm.. may as well recycle the name :-)
