CManager/<username>/<username>.data

Where <username> is probably either your name or Root.

You will find one also called <username>.data.bak. I renaming the
.data file to hide it (put an X on the end of it) makes things work,
then try renaming the .data.bak to <username>.data. If that doesn't
help then delete both data files and start building a new one, if,
that is, you want to use CManager as an addressbook. I don't think
MD-II offers any alternative the way browsers do.

CManager corrupts its data file often on mine, and I manually make
extra backuops of it. I guess I should automate that, but I just
haven't got around to it yet.

Don't take too much notice of all FAILs in Snoopdos. Heaps of things fail
simply because something has not been set. I'm not sure about this
one, but if you have never made a PGP key, then I would expect the
check for it to fail.
fail.
