   I am getting totally confused.  Since MDII is supposed to work with
V, and, since we need CManager as part of the V bundle, what is going
on?!?  Why are all of these problems happening?  It almost seems as
though each of these programs are fighting each other and the computer,
itself.  I do not think that such radical solutions should have to be
effected to keep the system moving along; this goes for V and its crash-
ing too.  Maybe V 3.2 should not have been offered when it was?  Or,
maybe the other programs should not have been offered when they were.

   I am not trying to be cynical, sarcastic, mean, discourteous, dis-
respectful, or anything negative.  I just would like to gain some better
understanding.

   Your kind help is MOST appreciated.
