If by this you mean that you have to type it in line by line manually then you don't 
need to.

Go to Tools/Options/Mail Format and select Signature Picker.

Edit your signature to read whatever you want and then select OK to return to the 
previous dialogue box.

Above the Signature Picker button is a text box that reads 'Use this signature by 
default:'. This will display your new signature. Use the drop down arrow to the right 
and you will see at least two options, your new signature and <none>. Select <none> 
and then select Apply (down the bottom) and then OK.

When you next create, reply or forward an email it will have no signature but in the 
message toolbar will be an icon that looks like a page with a hand. This is the 
signature icon. Clicking on this will allow you to select a signature to insert 
wherever the text insertion point is.

You can then set up as many different signatures as you require.
