Hi all,

Above each message window there is a set of flags which can be set or not,
eg. read, replied, archived. To indicate the current state, there is a LED
next to each one. Normally, all of these are mid/dark green, no matter
what the state is. I increased the number of colours on my WB screen, and
looked again. Off was now dark green, whereas On was light green. MD2
could not allocate enough colours, so used the nearest equivalent to each
colour it could find. Hence the LEDs all ended up the same colour.

Now, I'd like to change the colour of Off to red, so there is always a
noticable difference in colour. Is there a way of doing this? I can't see
anything in the prefs (incidentally, there is a setting to choose the
colour of your own messages in the group list window which doesn't seem to
do anything either), and checked the lamp mui class for inspiration, but
found none (ie. that didn't make any difference). I also tried running
SnoopDOS while loading MD2 in order to find out which .mccs it uses. The
list is interesting:

speedbar.mcc
speedbutton.mcc
listtree.mcc
textinput.mcc
textinputscroll.mcc

Now, other than the textinput class, none of the others seem to have any
relevance to MD-2, and certainly don't help me change the colours.

Anyone?

Chris
