What sizes do they come in though? Is it strictly the big-ass ugly Sony
labels or the smaller TDK labels?

There are two types of label packs available for each format.

MINIDISC LABELS (60) RE-RIGHT WHITE
The re-right pack contains 1 x Red marker, 1 x Black marker & an eraser pen.
