Dispute the charge with the Credit Card company. Make them work for you.
It is in the service agreement. No goods should not require payment.
Watch out for restocking charges. Hold on to all of your records. Keep in
mind that they may have removed the charge already. It takes time for it
to go through. Best of luck. This is not like Minidisco.
